back to andre’s to do some more stipping

this was a vocal session i think and andre left us to it for a while so he could get smarts

kevin finished working out the lyrics to a few right before recording them

andre laid down some of the finest vocals i’ve ever heard

one more song to go vocally

we watched some real talk

then a few days later i was back again to fix the shit billy was too poor a drummer to play well

jk billy!

these fuckin drums make me cringe. seriously the worst things ever

they almost make me cringe as much as these hobbit feet do… sike!

blazé was in rare form that day, full of beans in a major way

speaking of cringe-worthy things… this is what andre used to use for his kick pedal. that’s masking tape… only masking tape… maybe a full roll of it

one more day to go i assume and then some mixing

i got together with billy, kevin and andre the other day to do some songs with them

we did 7 songs in andre’s weird pool cabana thing… that’s what they call those jams right?

we ate some pizza, goofed off, they drank some sun stroked beers

they were laughin it up

their friend brittany and B.O.M. showed up and hung out for a while

andre’s mom made some like… papulos or something? they were delicious

billy enjoyed that piss-warm beer

we’re gonna do another day or two to fix some shit they was sloppy

the best shit ever though was andre singing

we recorded a version of andre horribly doing back ups and fooled this guy into thinking it was real

(these are horribly out of order)

the best part about it was we’d have to pause briefly while doing vocals to compensate for planes flying overhead

those drums are god awful… hopefully we can fix them to sound a bit normal

i don’t have much more to say about the day

they’re a good group though, they got some potential

we’ll see how this shit turns out in a few days

andre will be psyched
